Raised in the bustling area of Raleigh, with a fondness for Cary and Apex, [New Team Member] has always been drawn to the charm of North Carolina. With a diverse background that includes owning a small cleaning service for 13 years in the Triangle, real estate experience, and a knack for painting, remodeling, and tree work, she's got maintenance thoroughly covered! Before joining our team, she also worked for American Airlines at CLT airport, showcasing her versatility and dedication.
Though she has been visiting Holden Beach her entire life, Bailie spent the last two years traveling back and forth from the Denver/Lake Norman area to Supply every weekend. Committed to making this beautiful coastal region her permanent home, she was thrilled to join Hobbs Realty and finally made the move when she started her new role here.

After Hours: I love to go inshore and offshore fishing and won 1st place Lady Angler and 9th place overall in the 2022 Jolly Mon King Mackerel Tournament. We have been to the Gulf Stream for deep drop fishing, Bluefin Tuna, and trout fishing in the winter, and everything in between. Our latest adventure was taking the fishing boat to the Bahamas and fishing the beautiful clear waters there.
Pursuits: I feel that I have reached a lifelong goal of mine to be able to live and work at the beach! The next goal is to get the kids driving, in college, and perhaps move them down here with me if they would like the beach life also!
Alternate Dream Job: I used to want to be an actress very badly or work behind the scenes in tech theatre, set design, or lighting, which I did in high school and it was a lot of fun!
Something Others May Not Know: I used to play jazz music on the alto and baritone saxophone, and loved to play the guitar!
Inspired By: My love, Kevin. He has worked incredibly hard his entire life to be able to do what he loves, fishing. He previously was in the Elite Bass Masters series for a few years, has since upgraded to saltwater fishing, and got me hooked!
