Enjoy an afternoon at Brunswick Town/Fort Anderson State Historic Site to explore how the American colonists celebrated Christmas. Costumed interpreters provide guided tours of St. Philips Anglican Church throughout the afternoon. In additional to18th century-inspired refreshments, traditional games, and themed crafts, a highlight of the event is the authentic period candlelit service in the ruins of St. Philips, followed by the firing of the Christmas Gun. The service begins promptly at 5:00 p.m. and concludes by 5:30 p.m.
Admission: $5 for those over the age of 12 / $2 per child under 12. Tickets may be purchased online in advance or at the gate
