This 5 bedroom, (3K, 1Q, 1F, 1T), 4 bath Hobbs Smart Home with an inverted floor plan offers private beach access, a private pool (open from Easter - October), and a hot tub overlooking the surf. The screened-in porch and two sundecks provide plenty of ocean views, sunshine, and breezes. A second living area downstairs and flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms means everyone has plenty of room to relax! There is a cargo lift for guests to use to transport luggage and groceries. This lift is not designed to carry people. Please read and follow all posted instructions.
The owner of this home provides professional cleaning, bed linens, bath linens and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty shares the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

For the safety and security of the home, this homeowner uses video monitors for the exterior of the property and entry points to the home. Hobbs Realty does not allow, nor are there interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
