Located in the desirable Marsh Walk Community, this home offers access to a private day dock on the Intracoastal Waterway, as well as use of the private community beach access just 50 steps away at the end of the street. The multi-level decking provides plenty of space to enjoy the ocean views and breezes, and there’s even a screened-in deck with ocean views—perfect for sipping your morning coffee and taking in the natural beauty of Holden Beach.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with sleek, modern appliances, elevated finishes, and everything you need to prepare meals. Plus, there’s a convenient standalone ice maker!

Step outside to experience the home’s striking modern exterior and enjoy your private saltwater swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. For those cooler months, the pool can be heated from September through May for an additional $500 per week (maximum temperature of 87°F, depending on weather conditions). Please call our office in advance to arrange this service for optimal use.

For added convenience, a 3-floor residential passenger elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze, so no need to carry heavy luggage or groceries up the stairs. Please be sure to read and follow all posted rules.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. 

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.
