Located on Tarpon Drive, the home offers stunning views of both the canal and the marsh while being just a 5-minute stroll to the beach access (across from Marlin Street). Cast a line from your private floating dock or explore the waters by kayak or stand-up paddleboard. The expansive, fenced-in backyard is perfect for outdoor grilling, relaxing, or playing your favorite outdoor games with the whole family.
Inside, the home features a spacious, open-concept floor plan with one-level living and three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. There is also a half bathroom and refrigerator on the ground level for added convenience. This home offers everything you need for a laid-back and memorable vacation.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.
Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
Please note that the boat lift and fireplace are not included in this rental. Absolutely no pets nor smoking allowed on this property.
