We are thrilled to announce the launch of our 2024 Hobbspitality Luxe guest amenity kits for all of our premier properties. This partnership with Sojo to bring these amenities to our managed portfolio will set the standard for guest satisfaction, but only select homes will receive this luxe level kit.

In 2023, we launched a pilot program with select rentals to enhance guests' stays by providing each reservation with a welcome package set of starter amenities. This was a huge success, garnering much positive feedback letting us know these simple starter products elevated guests’ view of the home.
