There is a sitting room off of the master bedroom as well with a QSS, desk, and TV.
The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
This owner also provides many added conveniences like a triple filtered water filter on the kitchen sink, Solaris Air Purifiers and aromatherapy shower heads inside all interior bathrooms.
All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
New for 2025 summer rental season, the owner is adding a new private saltwater oceanfront pool for guest enjoyment. Check back for photos!
