All new furniture throughout the home, new bathrooms with tile showers and new vanities, a fully remodeled kitchen, the addition of an elevator, and a wet bar with a sink, ice maker and refrigerator! The new kitchen will feature all new appliances, custom cabinets, a double oven, an oversized refrigerator, a gas range and a large island. Plus, 2 washers and 2 dryers for convenience! There will be new flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms and a large 85 inch TV for the den area. YouTube TV will be available for streaming all your favorite entertainment!
Outside, there will be a newly expanded deck and walkway to the beach, a hot tub up on the new decking facing the ocean, an outdoor gas grill and expanded parking!
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.
This owner also provides beach and bath towel sets per occupancy for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath and beach towel.

You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.
