Riley's Relocation (formerly Riley’s Retreat) is the perfect retreat for your Holden Beach vacation! This home was previously located at 987 OBW and has been repositioned and nestled on the boulevard with an addition of a private pool for your enjoyment! The pool is open from Easter through October. You will love relaxing on the covered porches and sundecks with ample furnishings, and an outside shower with hot/cold water makes for easy beach living. The private beach access (a few neighboring homes included) is directly across the street making beach access so easy and quick! This home features modern furnishings and coastal decor throughout. You will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living and dining area, and a kitchen with granite countertops. There a two coffee makers and a Crockpot for your convenience. Hardwood floors throughout. Wireless internet access is provided.
The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable. The owner has opted to use decorative bedding for your stay. Please note decorative spreads and shams are not washed weekly. Rental guests may choose to remove these items and store them neatly in the closet, but please do not place any decorative bedding items in the linen bags for pickup.
Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
Absolutely no pets, nor smoking allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 8 guests.
