You will have access to the floating dock (8.5ft by 16ft) to keep your boat for the duration of your rental. Please note that the boat and boat lift access is NOT included with rental. The enclosed outside shower has hot and cold water. Rock your cares away on one of the covered porches or swing for hours in the hammock. The beach access is located directly across the street from the end of Charlotte Street.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
