Brand new construction island home on Holden Beach for the 2024 season! Gorgeous and well-appointed, this new vacation rental home has it all! Located in the exclusive Pointe West community, you have access to a private community beach access (a quick 3-minute walk) and an Intracoastal waterway trail and day dock. Enjoy the views of the marsh and waterway from the decks and take in the ocean breeze. This home boasts a private swimming pool (open Easter through October) a tiki bar, an outside shower, and plenty of outdoor space to lounge and enjoy.
Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
Occupancy is limited to 12. No smoking and no pets allowed.
